Eduardo Manuel Gil Martinez
Eduardo Manuel Gil Martínez has been passionate about Spanish History for many years, mainly the Second World War and the Reconquista (the Middle Ages in Spain). Over many years he has written history articles in Spanish and Italian magazines and more than 40 books about the Second World War in several languages (Spanish, English, Italian and French) for a number of leading publishers: Helion, Almena, Key & Publishing, Pen & Sword, Kagero, Schiffer, Heimdal, et cetera. With Helion he has published six previous works: Assault on East Prussia, 1944-1945, The Blue Squadrons. The Spanish in the Luftwaffe. 1941–1944, Fallschirmjäger in the Defence of the Oder, 1945, the two volumes of The Spanish Civil War in the Air, The Fall of Moorish Seville, 1023–1091.
