Gift Vouchers

Our vouchers are available in values of £10, £25, £50, £75 and £100. Gift Vouchers can be ordered online - once ordered, you will be emailed a link to an electronic voucher (within 3 working hours), which can be redeemed in your basket.

Terms and Conditions:
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed. Vouchers can be used exclusively at www.helion.co.uk to purchase products available on our website. They cannot be exchanged for cash. If the full voucher amount is not used in a single transaction, the remaining balance will be available for future use until the voucher expires. Gift vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred once issued. Helion is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of vouchers. Please keep them secure. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers. Additional exclusions may apply. Once purchased, gift vouchers cannot be cancelled or refunded unless required by law. Helion reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Vouchers cannot be redeemed on second-hand items listed on the website.
