UK Delivery Options
Please note: the delivery services below apply to orders placed from 9th February 2026.
Standard Delivery (UK)
All standard UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 48.
Orders under £30 incur a £2.95 delivery charge
Orders over £30 qualify for free delivery
Royal Mail 48 aims to deliver within 2–3 working days from dispatch.
Please note: Royal Mail 48 is not available for delivery to certain postcode areas. If your address falls within one of the excluded locations, your order will be dispatched via Evri instead.
Tracked UK Delivery
All tracked UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 24 for an additional charge based on parcel weight.
Royal Mail 24 aims to deliver within 1–2 working days from dispatch.
Please note: Royal Mail 24 is not available for delivery to certain postcode areas. If your address falls within one of the excluded locations, your order will be dispatched via Evri instead.
Orders Over 5kg (UK)
UK orders over 5kg are dispatched with DHL.

International Delivery Options
We're improving our international shipping options to provide more efficient and reliable delivery solutions.
Our primary shipping method is Whistl Tracked, a cost-effective choice; however, delivery may take approximately 4–6 weeks.
Faster Delivery Options
EU Orders Over £100: Now dispatched via our dedicated DHL service, covering all EU destinations.
Premium Upgrades: You can choose to upgrade to a faster DHL or UPS service for a quicker, more direct delivery. We are also actively exploring additional courier options to improve our offerings.

DHL and UPS may charge additional customs clearance or handling fees upon delivery, depending on your country's import regulations.
These fees vary from country to country and are outside of our control. We are unable to estimate or prepay these charges.
You are responsible for paying any such charges to receive your parcel. If you decline delivery and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the product cost minus any return fees or customs duties incurred.

DHL (EU Orders): 3–5 working days
UPS: 1–3 working days
Whistl Tracked: 4–5 weeks

Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Highlands and Isle of Man
Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Highlands & Islands and Isle of Man
Some locations are excluded from Royal Mail 24 and 48 services. If your delivery address falls within one of the postcode areas listed below, your order will be dispatched via Evri instead.
Due to increased shipping rates, orders over 2kg to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Highlands & Islands, and the Isle of Man will incur an extra fee. This charge will be calculated at checkout and is determined by the postcode provided.
Delivery timeframes may vary, but on average Evri delivers within the following periods from the date of dispatch:
Northern Ireland: 8–9 working days
Channel Islands, Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man: 3–7 working days
