Sander Peeters
Sander Peeters was born in Dubai in 1978 to Dutch expats in the UAE. He spent most of his youth travelling around the world, where he became passionate about history and aviation. He lived in Suriname from 1987 to 1991, where at the time the local “Binnenlandse Oorlog” (War of the Interior) took place.
After earning his master’s degree in chemical engineering in his native Netherlands, he followed in his parents’ footsteps and worked all over the globe in various industries, being employed in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, North America and Europe before settling in Alberta with his Canadian wife and two children.
