Shawn M Caza
Shawn M Caza has an masters degree in Russian History from the University of Toronto. His thesis was on the Conscription, Mobilization and Training of Red Army Personnel 1935-1945. He travelled extensively while serving in the Canadian Foreign Service from 1997 to 2019 and now lives in Ottawa, Canada. He has also published works on late Roman coinage, his other interest.
