Petter Kjellander, a resident of Stockholm, Sweden has for several years researched the battles in Estonia-Latvia 1944, Estonian and Latvian Waffen-SS volunteers, as well as Himmler's long-term pan-Germanic plans for the Waffen-SS. This is his first publication in English.
