Paolo Dossena
Paolo A. Dossena has always lived between Southern Switzerland and Northern Italy. He has been working for “Azione” a Swiss magazine, since the Nineties, he is a CELTA teacher. He published Hitler’s Turkestani Soldiers (2016) and Operation Mallory Major from Below (2021). The present essay, Hitler’s Azerbaijani Soldiers, is the last chapter of this trilogy. He is also the author of Eclectic Origins: France, Italy, and the Making of Fascism (1789–1919) and of Edith Templeton and the Fascist Mysteries (1861–1929) published inside The Routledge Handbook of Italian Fascism and Neofascism (Routledge 2026).
