Mikhail Timin
Mikhail Timin was born on 30 July 1979 in Ulyanovsk, USSR. He has higher education, having graduated from Ulyanovsk State Technical University. Mikhail resides in Moscow, Russia, is married, and has two sons. Being a researcher of the history of Soviet Air Force, Mikhail Timin has authored over 100 publications in different magazines, including Aviatsiya i Kosmonavtika, AviaMaster, AviaPark, FlyPast, and Avions, as well as on the websites such as TacticMedia.ru and Warspot.ru. For over ten years Mikhail has been researching the documents devoted to the Soviet military aviation, working in different Russian archives such as Central Archive of the Ministry of Defence of Russian Federation, Russian State Military Archive, and Russian State Film and Photo Archive.
