Karim Van Overmeire
Karim Van Overmeire studied law but always had a passion for history. For 33 years, he served as a senator, member of parliament, municipal councillor and alderman in his hometown of Aalst. Now he has returned to his first love: military history. He is the author of several books in Dutch about the medieval period and the nineteenth century. As an avid wargamer, he occasionally contributes to wargaming magazines.
