Duncan Head
Duncan Head is a retired technical author. He studied Modern History at Oxford University, while getting steadily more interested in ancient history instead. He is the author of Armies of the Macedonian and Punic Wars (1982 and 2016) and The Achaemenid Persian Army (1992), and a former Editor of Slingshot, the journal of the Society of Ancients.
