John David Watson is an experienced public affairs professional, having written many media columns, and appeared on the TV and radio, and, as military historian has written for a number of magazines, journals, and a contributing author to several books. He is the editor of the website Balkan Military History, and is running a regular blog, Balkandave.blogspot.com. He has covered the military history of the Balkans for over 22 years, building up a large following in the social media.
