Aaron Stephan Hamilton
Aaron Stephan Hamilton is an academically trained historian, avocational maritime archaeologist, technologist, researcher and published author. He has studied adversarial military operations and technological innovations across a wide-spectrum of fields gained through a quarter-century of military and national security service. Hamilton’s primary historical interest is the final year of combat operations during World War II, with a focus on the evolution of military tactics and technology. He also researches the exploitation of German and Japanese wartime innovations by the Allies, and their impact in the postwar world. Bloody Streets: The Soviet Assault on Berlin first published in 2008 remains the most detailed tactical study of the Battle of Berlin published to-date.
