Samuel MacAllister
Samuel MacAllister is an Irish mariner primarily working for Irish National Marine Services that provides marine support to the Irish film industry. On film sets he manages and operates a variety of vessels ranging from modern speedboats and yachts to Early Medieval Viking longships and military landing craft. Between film jobs, he works for the Archeological Diving Company as an archaeologist and historian specialising in the eighteenth century and Napoleonic periods, while occasionally branching out to another deep interest: the Late Medieval period. He is also an artist and miniature wargamer in his spare time.
