Stephen M. Carter
Stephen Carter has been studying all periods military history for most of his life, whilst rising from musketeer to commanding a regiment in the Sealed Knot. In 2005, he organised a complete recreation of the Monmouth Rebellion, with battles fought on the original sites and historic dates. He has been researching the military life and times of Monmouth for over 25 years and his first book Fighting for Liberty, gives a graphic account of the 1685 campaign. He regularly publishes his finding on Twitter as @Warwalks. Stephen works, writes, and lives in the Falaise Pocket, Normandy, France.
